Terms of use
A trade paper is read by people who act on what they read, which is exactly why the terms below are set out rather than assumed. The Gazette reports documents. It does not advise anyone, and it carries no responsibility for a decision taken on the strength of a report instead of on the document the report links.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to The Peptide Gazette at thepeptidegazette.com. Reading the site means accepting them. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the site.
Who this is for
This site is written for an adult professional and research readership and is not intended for anyone under 18. It is not written for patients, for carers, or for anyone looking for guidance about a health decision, and it is of no use for that purpose.
What is lawful to possess, import, supply or administer differs from one jurisdiction to the next, and nothing on this site is an assurance that anything described here is lawful where a reader is. Anyone acting on anything read here is responsible for establishing what their own law requires, and for any consequence of not doing so.
No reliance, no warranty
The site is provided as it stands and as it happens to be available. There is no warranty, express or implied, that anything on it is accurate, current, complete or fit for any particular purpose, and no warranty that it will be available or uninterrupted.
Nothing here is professional advice of any kind: not medical, not clinical, not pharmaceutical, not legal, not regulatory and not financial. A reader who needs advice should obtain it from someone qualified and accountable who can consider their actual circumstances.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the applicable law allows, the operator of this site accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost or claim arising from the use of this site, from reliance on anything published on it, from any error or omission in it, or from anything obtained or done by anyone after reading it. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that the applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Acceptable use
The site may not be used for any unlawful purpose, nor to present its content as clinical guidance, nor to imply that it endorses a supplier, a product or an act of administration. It may not be scraped, mirrored or republished wholesale, and it may not be used to attack, overload or interfere with the service.
Links out
Pages link to records held by public scientific and regulatory bodies. Those bodies do not operate this site, have not reviewed it, and do not endorse it. Their records are under their control, not this site’s, and a link is not a statement about anything beyond the record it points at.
Content and records
The arrangement, wording and structure of these pages belong to the operator of the site. The underlying records do not: identifiers, abstracts, register entries and document text belong to the bodies that publish them, are quoted and attributed as theirs, and are linked so they can be read at source.
Changes
These terms, and the content of the site, change as the records change and as the site is corrected. The version published here is the version that applies. Continued use after a change means accepting the version then published.
